Removed the Old Roofing System
We completely stripped off the existing roof, getting rid of deteriorated materials that were beyond repair. We then repaired structural deficits and prepared the surface for new sheathing.
Resheathed the Roof
With the surface smoothed and prepared, we installed new, high-quality sheathing to provide a solid foundation for the new roofing system. We then installed flashing (placing a special material on parts of a roof to stop moisture or liquid from penetrating it. Usually made of strong metals like aluminum or copper, flashing helps seal gaps in a roof so no water can enter.)
Reshingled for Long-Term Protection
Using durable, weather-resistant GAF asphalt shingles, we gave the home a fresh, modern look while reinforcing it against the elements. Our expert team placed each shingle with care, overlapping each layer to ensure a tight seal.
